Rising within the raw concrete walls of the former Hengermalom silo, this exhibition opens a dialogue between Hungary and Austria, between collectible design and functional art. Presented by Valyo, Vienna-based gallerist Markus Zippenfenig, and Budapest’s Gallery East of Eden, Forged Dialogues unites two cultural perspectives through the strength of material and artistic vision.

Steel, aluminum, wood, and iron resonate with the brutalist setting, blurring the lines between function and imagination, design and art. The historic mill becomes more than a backdrop — it amplifies the works, transforming into a stage where past and future meet.

At its core, the exhibition is about connection: a shared Central European landscape where history and innovation intertwine.
